Festival attendance fees include your camping space, and all of the workshops and events. If you would like to reserve a cabin, caboose, park trailer or full hook-up site, please contact the campground directly to make arrangements. Be sure to let them know you are attending the festival, as they close the campground to other campers and may tell you the site is full otherwise. *Additional charges are paid directly to the campground for these sites.

The event will be held rain or shine. All adults and teens will be asked to participate in a 2 hour (or less) work shift. Work shift details will be on the website shortly. Registration fees are non-refundable, however we may consider transferring your payment to another person or future event. All Mountain Mysteries Manifestations, llc events are outdoor camping events. The site is considered primitive. As a primitive setting, there are a great many obstacles to be encountered. Hazards are found in plant, animal, human and Earth based forms. No assurances for personal safety can be made. I understand the premises and conditions that surround my being. I assume all risks and take full responsibility for my actions in said primitive surroundings while attending the Festival. This includes the effects of falls, the elements of weather and fire, contact with vegetation, insects, wildlife, or other festival participants. Having read this waiver and understanding fully my surroundings and being in total agreement with said conditions I hereby release Mountain Mysteries Manifestations, llc and Heavenly Acres Campground from any claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in said event. The festival will occur rain or shine. I understand my registration fees are non-refundable. * Please note: Due to the increased insurance costs and safety issues, DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Naturally, registered service animals are welcome if accompanied by appropriate paperwork and vaccination records. Out of respect for all attendees, if you try to sneak your pet in, you will be asked to leave. We thank you for your cooperation.
