Vendors will need to be on-site and set up on Thursday, September 17 and remain set-up until at least 3:00pm on Sunday.  
Sorry, but No Exceptions will be given ~ the vendor village area is an integral part of our festival and we have some fun surprises for folks that will be challenging to implement without everyone present on Thursday.  We appreciate your help with this!

Space for your personal tent(s) is included in your admission fees. Vehicles will not be allowed to remain in vendor village unless
arrangements are made ahead of time. The merchant area is near the fire / ritual / drumming area.  Because space is limited, we are asking those who can sleep away from their vendors tents to do so.  Security will be in place overnight. 

Vendors are responsible for insuring their wares as well as collection and reporting of all VA state sales tax.
The festival will not be held responsible for damage to any merchandise, tents or displays under any
circumstances. The sale of pornographic materials or sex toys is prohibited.

All merchants are responsible for any damage done to the grounds by their equipment, vehicles, booths, etc.
If the Festival is charged for any damages clearly caused by the undersigned, the undersigned agrees to pay
said charges.

The Mountain Mysteries Mabon Festival is an outdoor camping event. The site is considered primitive.  As a primitive setting, there are a great many obstacles to be encountered.  Hazards are found in plant, animals and Earth based forms. No assurances for personal safety can be made. I understand the premises and conditions that surround my being. I assume all risks and take full responsibility for my actions in said primitive surroundings while attending the Festival. This includes the effects of falls, the elements of weather and fire, contact with vegetation, insects, wildlife, or other festival participants. Having read this waiver and understanding fully my surroundings and am in total agreement with said conditions I hereby release the Mountain Mysteries Manifestations, llc and Heavenly Acres Campground from any claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in said event.  The festival will occur rain or shine.  I understand my registration fees are non-refundable.

* Please note: Due to the increased insurance costs and safety issues, DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Naturally, registered service animals are welcome if accompanied by appropriate paperwork and vaccination records.  Out of respect for all attendees, if you try to sneak your pet in, you will be asked to leave. We thank you for your cooperation.
